BS9999 & Generator pick up time

Good afternoon

Does anyone know if BS9999 poses a limit in the number of seconds between a power failure and the generator taking full load on?

Unfortunately I do not have access to BS9999 at this moment and I cannot remember the answer of the top of my head so please excuse my question
