Which Certificate for an EV Charger Install?

We have taken the plunge and replaced our 11 year old diesel car with a fully electric vehicle, a Kia eNiro 4+ and now awaiting the fitting of a charger point.

So wondering whether I should be expecting to receive a Minor Works Certificate for this?

The incoming sub-main to our single consumer unit will be split and supply the EC charger point, a Zappi, via a new small consumer unit.

I note that the Minor Electrical Installation Works Certificate is intended to be used for additions and alterations to an installation that do not extend to the provision of a new circuit. So, does this mean that an Electrical Installation Certificate would be more appropriate?  Would this Certificate be limited to between the Henley Blocks and the Zappi EV charger point?

Also, am I correct in thinking that for a simple Zappi installation, there is no need for their Hub?

Thanks, Clive
