How to upload a photo

From IPad how do I upload a photo. Tried insert. Asks for file or url.

    Glad you cracked it lyledunn Relaxed  You can either use the 'insert' and then 'image/video/file' where you can add a URL and change dimensions, or you can use copy and paste, or drag and drop.
