Here's some news, though I don't reckon the metal fence became live from tracking water, more like the metal post jammed into the street lighting cable.

    I was referring to the "Engineer" with the smoking gloves, he obviously doesn't know the Golden Rule "If it looks dangerous it probably is, so don't touch it".
