19th edition changes re dual rcd CU's ?

I have not seen the draught for the 19th edition, i think it was out a while back ?  I was just watching a u-tube video and there was talk of all domestic CU's needing to be RCBO's  with surge protection and basically outlawing dual rcd boards for want of a better description.   Is that correct.  cheers.

    The draft was for the 2nd amendment to the 18th Ed ; 19th Ed is not on the horizon yet. I'm not aware of any attempt to outlaw dual RCD boards in that draft. The draft updated the requirements for surge protection (badly) but didn't make it compulsory in all cases.

    Is there any further nonsense about mandating those awful AFDD trinkets?
