Next Inspection date when adding an additional CU connected to the incoming supply by Henley blocks

In a residential installation if I am installing an additional CU to feed a EV charger and the existing installation has not been inspected for over 10 years for example.

In my mind in this situation  I am considering the installation to be everything connected to the existing DB plus the new DB and putting a label on the  main DB showing last inspection date unknown and next inspection due immediately.

Is this the correct approach or should I be labelling each DB with a different date?

    I think that you should put your label on the new CU, to be inspected in a further 10 years, and leave the rest alone.
