3 phase + N RCBO in Memshield DB

Question

In the Eaton Catalogue for Memshield 3 type B three phase distribution boards, it shows their 4P+N RCBO wii h, of course, takes phases 1, 2 & 3 plus the position of the next phase 1 on the bus in the N of the RCBO. The instructions say that this should be &ldquo;insulated&rdquo; (obviously, otherwise it would connect phase 1 with the N and cause one helova bang in the system). Question. Do they mean &ldquo;isolated&rdquo; by cutting off the offending phase 1 lug on the bus ?

The instructions that I have are just pictures. Unless the design has changed, there is an empty hole where the terminals for the bus bars are to be found in the other 3 sections. There is no need to do anything to the bus bar. (It would make things difficult if you ever want to rearrange the DB.)
