Total kVA of the following supply.

Hi all,

A customer showed me this in his commercial building and wanted to know how much juice he can pull.

What would be the total kVA if all 9 of the fuse carriers contained 80A fuses?

    80 x 230 x 9 = 165600 VA = 166 KVA.

    BUT, as others have said, I seriously doubt that supply cable is good for that power long term.

    Give or take de-rating of fuses that may be required due to temperature in the cubicle, if they were all operating at 80 A for a considerable period (e.g. all charging EV or running heat pumps, cooking etc.)
