well, only if we have electric cars and buy the chargers from the cheapest eastern bloc supplier, and then try and bomb them. I do not see that happening soon.
However one imagines a lot of Chinese made security cameras, burglar alarms and so forth have similar facilities for use by the manufacturers to perform remote software changes and so on that could be misused in the event of a conflict. It does always pay to insist on a copy of the embedded software if you can.
