How to use Single Energy meter on a single pole for more than 3 power consumers. ( In villages areas )

Over ten years ago I split a 80 amp supply into four 40 amp supplies for four flats each with their own meter in an existing building and the main fuse has never blown.

But two flats have all gas cookers, the other two have a gas hob and a single electric oven. All the flats have a gas boiler for heating and hot water.

So although there are four flats it is only really like one big house.
