Electric meter removed after drug farm discovered.

The landlord has asked me to fit a  new consumer unit in a property without a meter.

Just wondering if the meter fitter will require  a eic for the cu with insulation and R2

readings or a eicr for the installation.

                                    Thanks for any advice.

    I'd imagine that a DP main isolator and a smart meter would be required in such cases, otherwise it would be business as usual for the meter installer I think.
