Customer Not At Home When You Call. Do you charge them?

As working sparks do you charge customers if they are not at home when you call after making an appointment?

  • I charge unless they've got a really good excuse like one time a customer had to take his dad to hospital urgently so no I didn't charge them but if they just forget or can't be fussed to turn up then they pay
