MFT 1835 is used in Germany. Not just the 2x RCD, but also the earth resistance test settings suitable for German distribution system. But I think it's marketed as a "Euro" model, particularly for the EU countries that follow the DE approach to certain things?

Actually, yes there is an alternative function to the X2 RCD test rather than a spare way on the rotary knob.
