Bluetooth Arc Fault Detection Devices.

Just had a look at the brochure for the new Hager AFDD with a visual status display and Bluetooth to allow interaction with a mobile phone for interrogation and software updates. 

Rather different to a piece of fuse wire.

  • Crazy! Why do this? Are they so hard up on ideas to flog these infernal devices that they have to fit them with bells and whistles? How long will it be before the dreaded 'Hager will no longer be providing support for bluetooth enabled devices' message pops up on your screen?
