    possible LN reversal absence of earth sleeve, poor cable prep so in some places pinched jacket, in others singles without containment, oh and the JB lid is missing.

    Blinkin ek! Give the rest a chance Mike. But you did not mention that the cable sheath colours clash!

    Oh, and Mike we may have to deduct points here as Carol says that you may have started to answer before you pressed your buzzer, and also did not mention the grub screw tightness. Bad luck. But you still win the crate of Old Fungus Bletchley Brown Ale.
