Emergency Disconnection

A mate of mine owns an old mill premises. He does not know the supplier or MPAN . The previous tennant will not give him access. the electrics is dangerous (raining in etc). I advised him to ring 105 where I hope they can do or advise on an emergency disconnection . Was I correct about this number? Thanks

105 is the emergency telephone number in Mongolia. It is also a single non-emergency number in the United Kingdom^[1] and New Zealand.^[2] In the United Kingdom, it connects to the caller's local distribution network operator, and is primarily marketed for reporting power cuts. In New Zealand, it is used to contact the police in general non-emergency situations.
