    Somewhere between 0.94 and 0.87 for air temperature other than 30.

    Currently my Turkeys internal temperature is 58.3 degrees.

    Basting starts at 68.

    Correction factor for your turkey is 0.61 at 58.3C. Some might say 0.5!
