Sanity check 4B1

Ambient temperature of 38C, cable 70C, what is Ca?

    I take Mikes point that it is not as simple as Table 4B1 might suggest and that is why,perhaps, there is no note on how it should be used. So if the ambient temperature is 38C do you use the factor for 35C or for 40C? 
    Setting aside Mikes comment and looking at the incremental steps in the table, I would suggest the selection should be for 35C.

    Now this is related to a 2396 exam question that I will post in full later.
