Red FP 200 USED FOR 230v circuits

Just come across 230V circuits supplying fire alarm equipment  wired in RED FP200 , would this be considered a deviation ?

    Is the cable adequately rated for 230V?

    Is FP200 suitable for the environment?

    Do the alarm makers instructions insist on something else?

    Deviation from what exactly ?

    Is FP200 suitable for the environment? - Yes

    Do the alarm makers instructions insist on something else? No

    Deviation from what exactly ? Bs , codes of practise or just good old good practise 

    Is 230V present in what some might regard as a ELV fire alarm cable -Yes. Could this be a hazard to someone - possibly
