Could someone tell me what this is beside the isolator on this rather grand consumer unit? Serves a 2 bedroom apartment in Portugal.

so general filtering / RF isolation between the load side and the dirty mains and a narrow band tap at 120khz for the side port for linking to other lines carrying X10 signals.
