ISCO

Over here in NI we often refer to the connector blocks for tails as ISCOs or perhaps ESCOs. I think Henley blocks are perhaps how they are referred to on the mainland. I used to know  the words of the acronym but I cannot recall and  a web search didnt help. Any ideas?

    Which is SPenergy networks current advice on deciding when it is safe to perform live swapping of cut-outs. (most of the time for single phase, if the cores cannot move around and do not touch it seems...though they do call for gloves visor and overalls, which is reassuring.)
