Meter query

Simple little set up of a pay as you go meter. Plenty of money on account. However, the supply is often switched off. Always at times of fairly high load. That is a C63 MCB and 300mA S-type RCD that supplies DBs in a dwelling and outbuildings. The load can sometimes reach +60A. That seems to be when the supply is interrupted by the meter. A reset is then required to be punched in (I think on the meter rather than the pay as you go key pad). Are there usage limits built into these meters apart from exceeding money limits?

  • Not a looped supply. Parallel all the way from DNO tx which I estimate to be 170m using my 7 iron! Voltage drop on load seems grand although I only made a cursory look.
