Module 16 ENW

I have been instructed to carry out a job where ENW are installing a module 16within a premises to be converted to 8 flats. any ideas on supply side what the 'ampage' / kva will be and if i will be getting a regular 3 phase supplY? 

Also can anyone advise size of SNE cable in wiring diagram attached and fuse size pls?
