Has anyone had any issues with newer type switch fuses burning out?
Had one recently and am casting a net to see if anyone has had any issues with them. will update with more when i can.

I’ve not heard of any issues with this switch fuse. Have you checked for overloading, short circuiting, loose connections, or even derating due to environmental factors ?
Those things are built like a brick dunny. The only difficulty that I have had (with a smaller version) was that the terminal grub screw slots did not seem strong enough for the recommended tightening torque.
Might be worth speaking to the supply/wholesaler of the fuse to see if they know of any issues, could be a bad batch?
Is it possible the Glasgow Switch is being overloaded, might be worth using a thermal camera on it?
What about connecting a Chauven Arnoux PEL to it for a week or 2? I am sure Kevin Smith at CA can help arrange something.
