Hi all come across something iv not seen before today and wondered if anyone had any ideas.

Had to pop back to a new build we done 4 years ago today. They had a faulty oven, had the board cover off and noticed a very small amount of like a oil residue on some cables. It was not a big amount and no puddling or anything, just some of the cables were shiny. I didn't supply materials on this job, wondered if its a cable issue. Has anyone seen this before on new cable ? Iv obviously seen the green goo on old cables. Thank you
