Just a EICR and some C2’s on existing cables in ceiling!

Do I have upgrade all cables?

    521.10.1 - unenclosed basic insulation?

    521.10.202 - lack of fire resistant supports?

    Hopefully not 521.10.201 (bare conductor on insulators...)

    Yes, you may have to install them. You do not have to remove and replace every PVC clip, but ensure that there are non-combustible ones (usually metal) at appropriate distances.

    I have seen that. I vividly remember one time back in the 1980s, under the floorboards in a flat above a shop ...of course, no cpc's !!!

    Luckilly, the job was to rewire and separate shop from flat with separate coin meter for flat, so it was all being replaced anyway.
