IET NEWS TODAY

I see that the IET/BSI have put out a news article on the publish date for AMD and the colour of the new book will be orange.

I wish to lay claim to the calling it the Orange Oracle.

  • wish to lay claim to the calling it the Orange Oracle.

I was thinking more Orange Lawn mower cable or that trend from the 1980s of painting switchgear Orange

  • Good point! When did we last have the Big Green Book?

Any road, what if you are a McLaren fan? Is the Big Book orange or papaya?

  • When will they release the models forms so that Certification software providers can update their software?  The same applied to the one person band who makes their forms/certs based on the model forms

  • mmmmm.......I'm going with Trump edition..............it also trumps all other editions.

Sounds like a great deal! I had a 2391class start two weeks ago. Several candidates arrived with new brown versions of 7671 and GN3. I was happy to see it and complimented them on their preparedness. Mind you, those that turned up with no paper, no calculator and GN3 with a blue band at the bottom have the last laugh...........unless I refuse access to the centre's brown versions!

I had my email in from NICEIC, about 10mins after one from the IET advising of the amendment 4 introduction. An update course, virtual delivery, to include Amendment 4 a snip at £239.70!

  • If doing 2391 class surely they should also have OnSite Guide as well?

  • Why?
