AMD 4 - Appendix 16 - Fig 16A4

I've been slowly plodding through AMD 4 got to Appendix 16 ... is it me or has Figure 16A4 gone awry?

It's titled IT system with SPD on the load side of an RCD, but it looks more to me like a TT system with the SPD on the supply side.

    The printers appear to have duplicated Fig. 16A3.
