built in the 80tys  has 10 mm sq  cable used as the main earth cable which is in good condition what code should be used C1. C2. C3

    PMS? Did you mean PME?

    10mm² as a earthing condutor might be OK - it all depends on the details of the situation - table 54.8 would be satisfied provided the PEN conductor is not larger than 35mm² so then you're looking at the adiabatic, PFC and fuse rating/type to decide if it's OK as a c.p.c.
