I notice several of the Amazon reviewers seem to have only reviewed books by this publisher, always a red flag!
Of course there's nothing illegal about anyone publishing misleading or useless information (otherwise most newspapers would be in court all the time 
) and as far as I know you don't have to include any contact details in books. But I wonder if the BSI and IET are looking at these for potential copyright infringement if they use any chunks of 7671 or the IET guides - I'm not sure how the law stands if AI "rewrites" copyrighted material which I guess what has been done here.
