If you go to Amazon, you can read substantial chunks of the 3 books. Having looked through them, I'm not sure what the purpose of them is.
It looks like some person or some AI has been told to go through the three IET publications. For each of them, they summarise what every section of that book is about. What that achieves, I'm not sure.
