Since the update earlier this week (2nd Feb), external email notifications aren't being sent.
If you're logged into EngX, you will still see things in your notification and messaging areas, but if you're subscribed to a digest, or particular content and usually see emails to your mail client, these aren't being sent.
The issue has been raised with our developers and I'll post an update when I have one. In the meantime, the workaround would be to log in and check your EngX notifications.
