Less than one minute read time.
Although many people complete their studies first (whether it is a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree etc.) and then look for work experience opportunities or employment, some others do two things at the same time and go for extramural studies (or online learning) and work (sometimes even full time!) as well, with others completing sandwich programmes which offer industrial placements as part of the qualification, or even work based learning qualifications. Some people would even consider working and doing a PhD at the same time or they would simply focus on their doctoral research - on condition that they can afford it or get enough funding. There are so many options…. but which route is the best one?
