This year the IET Wales South West local network is pleased to announce that our incoming chair, Susan Jones, has curated a special programme of talks from female speakers to celebrate 100 years of Women in Engineering. In 2019, we will also be hosting the IET South Wales Prestige Dinner which will be in celebration of the 100th anniversary of the first air-crossing of the Atlantic made by Alcock and Brown. We have a great programme planned which, because of changes in the IET's fiscal year, takes us from October 2018 all the way to December 2019. We hope that you will be able to join us!This year the IET Wales South West local network is pleased to announce that our incoming chair, Susan Jones, has curated a special programme of talks from female speakers to celebrate 100 years of Women in Engineering.
