Colleagues in INCOSE UK have just announced the dates for their annual conference for 2022.

INCOSE UK are pleased to announce that the Annual Systems Engineering Conference (ASEC) 2022 will be held at The Crowne Plaza Hotel, Newcastle on 22 and 23 November 2022.

The UK’s leading Systems Engineering Conference, ASEC, is a two-day event, attracting an extensive range of professionals from industry, government and academia. INCOSE UK first hosted ASEC in 2010 and, now in its 13th year, the conference has developed to include technical presentations on contemporary Systems Engineering theory and practice, tutorials run by leading Systems Engineering Professionals, an exhibition of Systems Engineering organisations presenting their products and services and a systems research showcase.

The theme for ASEC 2022 is “Building towards a Brighter Future” With this in mind, we intend to explore the following sub themes:

• Exploiting change and transformation

• Moving the Systems Engineering profession forward

• Developing professionals for the future

• Embedding a systems approach in the UK

INCOSE UK Technical Director Jon Holt said “We are really looking forward to holding ASEC in the North East of England. This will be our 2nd face-to-face conference since the start of the pandemic and we thought that “Building towards a Brighter Future” would be a fitting theme for 2022.”

INCOSE UK have invited individuals and organisations to submit papers and tutorials and the formal review process is now underway. ASEC includes an exhibition hall and offers a range of sponsorship opportunities.
