The 8th International conference promoting access to healthcare through technology took place from 17 - 18 September 2014 in London.

This two day conference brought together healthcare technologists, clinicians, researchers and public bodies from around the world to explore effective engineering solutions to meet the healthcare problems in low resource settings.

Delegates were provided with a great opportunity to learn about the key issues surrounding healthcare provision in the developing world with around 22 countries represented at the event including a couple of Skype presentations.
