We are still looking for interested local IET members to join our Lincolnshire Engineers Panel. We operate as a joint entity with our IMechE colleagues here in Lincolnshire under the branding of Lincolnshire Engineers, organising events, visits and presentations of interest to the membership and interested members of the public alike.
Most of our events are held at the University of Lincoln in their Sir Isaac Newton Engineering building, and wider within Lincolnshire through our association with the Lincolnshire Iron and Steel Institue at British Steel Scunthorpe, and at RAF College Cranwell through association with the Royal Aeronautical Society.
Commitment isn't too onerous, we hold one committee meeting on the first Tuesday of the month between September and June, and our events tend to be the second Wednesday of the month.
