Point taken.  I will admit to reservations myself but the current advice is to upload CPDs in advance.  I am told that some LNs upload several at once to save on administration effort.  Before EngX it was common practice to upload a CPD as a blog before the event but the location was less intuitive.  The host would announce where to find it as part of the closing remarks at the end of the webinar.
