About this event

Employing more than 6000 people, Birmingham Airport handles 9 million passengers per annum, with more than 40 airlines flying direct to around 140 destinations worldwide. The Airport is currently building a £60m runway extension to accommodate direct long-haul flights to destinations in China, the Far East and the West Coast of the US.

Airport Community Affairs Manager Andy Holding will provide an insight into the operations of the Airport as well as current and future development plans.
