The Institution of Engineering and Technology (IET) Brunei Network organised a talk entitled “IET and You” on March 3rd 2017. The talk was attended by fifty eight non-members and seven IET members. The talk was delivered by the International Professional Registration Advisor, Mr. Lim Sam Lee. After his presentation, Mr. Lim also demonstrated to all attendees on how and where to register as a member of the IET.
Mr Simon Leong, the Chairman of IET Brunei also gave a welcoming remarks and together with Mr. Lim, answered several questions raised by the attendees which benefited all. Supporting the event were the management committee members of the IET Brunei Darussalam Local Network.
IET Brunei was founded in November 1997 with a vision of sharing and advancing knowledge throughout the global science, engineering and technology (SET) community contributing towards national development. This year (2017), IET Brunei will be celebrating its 20th year anniversary.
