IET London: Savoy Place will reopen its doors once again to members on 27 October 2015 when it will host the IET Kelvin Lecture in the newly refurbished Kelvin Lecture theatre. The latest IET London: Savoy Place video update is now available on IET.tv and features the latest refurbishment and new features that members can expect to see when visiting the building. The Faraday Centre, a floor dedicated to members, will house the Faraday Centre Lounge, Faraday Café and Knowledge Centre. The new Knowledge Centre will not only have more books on the shelves, but will also provide members with access to the IET’s vast global digital databases. Members are invited to contact the Library and Archives team 24 hours in advance with any specific research requirements, and the team will ensure that all necessary materials are available for your arrival. Knowledgeable staff will also be on hand to assist with any queries.
