The IET Manchester Network present a Student Excellence Award every year to a student at Manchester College who has achieved outstanding results on an Engineering or Technology Course.  The award consists of a Cheque for £250 and a Certificate.

 

During the 2013-14 academic year Sasoun completed a B Tech in Electrical & Electronic Engineering at The Manchester College,



He achieved an outstanding performance in all his BTEC units, obtaining a distinction in all 12 units, plus

·         Excellent attendance and punctuality throughout his two year programme

·         An excellent attitude towards his fellow class peers in offering them support

·         An excellent (A*) grade in his ‘A’ Level Maths, only 2 marks off a 100% score

 

Sasoun is now studying for a Mechatronic Engineering Degree at Manchester University
