Dave Gorman, Head of Environmental Strategy, Scottish Environment Protection Agency Trained as an engineer, Dave is a Chartered Manager and Chartered Environmentalist, a Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute and the Royal Society of Arts, and currently a member of the Expert Commission on District Heating.



Murdo Fraser MSP (Scottish Conservative) is Convener of the Parliament's Economy, Energy and Tourism Committee and co-convenor of the Cross-Party Group on the Scottish Economy. He was Deputy Party Leader 2005-2011 and has been Spokesman on Health, Education and Enterprise & Lifelong Learning.



Dr Peter T Hughes OBE. Chief Executive of Scottish Engineering (the support and lobbying organisation for the manufacturing engineering industry in Scotland), a regular media spokesman on Scottish affairs. He was appointed OBE in 1993 for services to the UK Steel Industry, and elected Fellow of the Royal Academy of Engineering in 1995.
