The Western Australia (WA) Young Professionals is thrilled to announce the launch of Leadership Program (LP) 2017. The program is run every year aimed at engineering students from across four different universities in WA: University of Western Australia, Curtin University, Murdoch University and Edith Cowan University. Candidates will be interviewed and successful candidates will be given professional development aimed at leadership skills by leading industry people in WA.


Each year we have recruited and retained many new members to join the WA Young Professionals committee. This year we are thrilled to work with our chairperson, Ms Israa Elsayed to develop a Best Practice Guide to be shared with other local networks around the world! Ms Elsayed is the perfect example. She came through as a successful candidate of the LP and subsequently joined the main committee and made it through to the top job. Congratulations Israa!
