MOS-AK Meetings are organised with aims to strengthen a network and discussion forum among experts in the field, enhance open platform for information exchange related to compact/Spice modeling and Verilog-A standardization, bring people in the compact modeling field together, as well as obtain feedback from technology developers, circuit designers, and CAD tool vendors. The topics cover all important aspects of compact model development, implementation, deployment and standardization within the main theme - frontiers of the compact modeling for nm-scale MEMS designs and CMOS/SOI circuit simulation.

The next workshop will take place at London Metropolitan University, London UK - if you're interested in attending then please visit the website.

Is anyone here planning to attend? You can register for free.

If you wish to present your work then please submit your abstract online.
  • The two-day workshop on semiconductor technology and device modelling was very successful. It attracted around 50 people from industry and academia. Representation included: Agilent Technologies, ELMOS, STM, Cascade, XMOD, Rohde & Schwarz, CEA/Leti, AdMOS GmbH, École Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne (EPFL) Switzerland, University of Cambridge, King's College London, University of Birmingham, University of East London, and University of Crete. Delegates came from various parts of the world as the forum enabled practitioners in the field to discuss the frontiers of electron device modelling which is essential for integrated circuit design using EDA software tools.

Please note the following planned MOS-AK events:

    (1) Training Courses on Compact Modelling
    Lublin (PL) June 18, 2014

    (2) MIXDES Special Compact Modeling Session, Lublin (PL) June 19-21, 2014

    (3) 12th MOS-AK at 44th ESSDERC / 40th ESSCIRC, Venice (I) Sept. 26, 2014

    (4) 7th International MOS-AK Workshop
San Francisco (CA) Dec. 10, 2014
