The control room at Darmstadt received the signal confirmation that Philae had landed at 1605GMT.

Philae is now talking to the control room and images from the surfaces are being processed before being released.

The IET Satellite Systems & Applications Network would like to extend their congratulations to everyone who has worked on the project.
