However, we shouldn't only focus on the technology itself. IET Communities have pulled together a series of webinars to embrace the real humans who work behind and make it all possible. This series is designed to share empathy and understanding to further enrich our engineering and technology communities.

Overview: One of the key barriers to increasing diversity and inclusion in engineering is the lack of counter-typical role models to influence and inspire young people. This short talk will highlight the importance of tackling gender stereotypes young and explain what Stemazingltd is doing to ignite inspiration and amplify inclusion in STEM and how you can get involved.
