Having reviewed how well we are delivering against our plans, much of the rest of the meeting was devoted to considering priorities for possible additional activity going forward. Collectively, this was determined to be (in order of priority):
- Rebuilding a team focused on supporting early career 'young professionals'.
- Engaging with IET bursars and scholars at local universities and on accredited apprenticeship schemes (as part of strengthening higher education links).
- Learning from other IET local networks
- Possibly supporting a future Hack Pompey event.
