Taylor’s University IET OnCampus was established on 1 August 2014. It was formed by a group of students from Taylor’s University who joined the IET.
Taylor’s University is a private university in Subang Jaya, Malaysia. Taylor’s journey began in 1969 where it started as a college institute. In 2006, the status of university college was awarded. Finally, Taylor’s University claimed the official title in the year 2010. Few most popular major educations at the university include Biomedical Sciences, Engineering, Journalism, Business, Marketing and other related programs. There are two semesters in a year. Semester breaks typically between January to April & August to September. Industry placement period begins from January to April.
Subang Jaya was known as a part of Petaling Jaya (another town), not until then it was developed by Sime UEP Properties Berhad and then officially named otherwise. This town was formerly a rubber plantation known as Seafield Estate. It was granted the municipality status in the year 1997. The nearest international airport is Subang Airport. Most Malaysians enjoy the pleasure of food and it is commonly one of the favourite pastime activities in the society nowadays. Many food outlets range from Malay, Chinese and Indian cuisine are kicked off in this town due to the growing passion and curiosity of the people. As such, there is a wide variety of options to enjoy including fast food chain growing vigorously in the market.
