Yesterday we had an IET Switzerland committee meeting. We discussed (among other things) attendance at our activities. Recently we had to cancel an event because too few people registered. Other events  work out really well. General trend is however a noticable decline in attendance.



Why do some events succeed and others not? Starting time on a working day? Our host cannot open for us on a Saturday? Not an interesting subject?
